Bonding With Your Baby

Pregnancy can be the happiest moment for a woman can attain in their lifetime. In the early days of pregnancy it can be stressful for the mother biologically and psychologically to adjust certain hormonal and anatomically changes happen to her.

But in due course of time, things will change and enjoy the gift of motherhood. To make the mother-baby bond more euphoric, mother should interact with the baby while inside the womb.

Baby can respond to certain activities after the 23rd week of pregnancy. Even in the first trimester a gentle massage of your bump with aromatic massages oils can soothe you and the baby. Also a safe and better way of relaxing is swimming; it provides a soothing effect and relives your stress against carrying a bump.

As your baby is developing, his/her hearing and touching senses starts to develop and listen to your voices and touching the bump. Singing or talking to the baby can bond with you even before the baby is born.

A 20-30 minute walk everyday basis can be great relief from routine work and stress of pregnancy, if you don’t do exercise, regularly walking and breathing some fresh air could help you and your baby to relax. These activities would help your baby to develop a strong bond with you.
